Introduction to Sustain Momentum
Every truly transformative learning experience is built on a strong foundation. In this module, I’ll start by teaching you the fundamentals you’ll need to master to become a successful real-time designer. We’ll start by giving you some clarification of the buzzwords you’re surrounded with right now, like design thinking, human-centred thinking and behavioural design. So, you won’t be puzzled by that anymore, and you’ll be in the know.

Module 03
Ideation & Creativity Sprints
The Insights Orchestration Design Advanced Course is intensive training in a group of eight people maximum on five full-time days (on our location) and three 30-minute virtual coaching sessions spread out over three months.

By participating in the Advanced Course, you take another vital step in mastering Insights Orchestration Design. Whereas you’ve learned the founding principles in the Fundamentals Course, you will progress your know-how even more in this course, especially on applying Insights Orchestration Design in your daily work or projects.

You will build further upon the steps you already took in the Fundamentals Course. After this course, you will have the strategic and creative confidence to design interventions that shape choice and behaviour.

Training Day 1
You will know how to set up a kick-off to gather the right ingredients for starting a Insights Orchestration Design project.You will learn how to select the right respondents. You will know and work on setting up a good interview script for your challenge.You will learn interview techniques to get to the bottom of things to unlock valuable behavioural insights.You will learn about biases during interviewing. Finally, you will learn how to plan a Insights Orchestration Design project, including critical moments and lead times.

Homework 2
Based on the script you’ve made on the first training day, you will select six respondents to go and interview.You will receive extensive tools and instructions to do so.

Training Day 2
You will learn how to plot the insights from your interviews on the You will learn how to make a human journey.You will learn to spot opportunities and quick wins. You will know how to define key take-aways and the behavioural project objective.

Coaching
We will help you plot your insights and spot opportunities.

Homework 3
Working with the opportunities you have defined, you will formulate ‘How Might We’ questions that will be the starting point of your ideation.

Training day 3
You will master several creative techniques to get to ideas.We deepen your know-how on applying different influence principles.You will learn about the ‘Parking Lot’.

Training day 4
You will turn your tactics into ideas for interventions that can be translated into prototypes.You will learn how to make a rapid prototype. You will learn how to gain valuable feedback byknowing what you want to learn in your prototype test (pitfalls and to doʼs).

You will be working on making prototypes for your challenge.You will select six new respondents to test your prototypes.
